Welcome to Tap Trade!

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Tap Trade’s mobile applications, websites, products, content, facilities, and platform (collectively, the “Platform”).

You form a contract with us (“Tap Trade,” “we,” “us” or “our”) when you confirm that you accept these Terms or when you otherwise use the Platform.

Supplemental terms may apply to specific features of Tap Trade, such as Tap Trade. Crypto, Tap Trade. Stocks, and Tap Trade. Forex. Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Our business model

Our Platform links independent traders (“Traders”) and their clients (“Users”) for buying, selling, and exchanging various financial assets (stocks, cryptocurrencies, forex, etc.). When Users make a trade request, they propose their price for the asset. Traders can either accept the proposed price or make a counteroffer.

Users are free to choose their Trader from the list of interested traders. A separate agreement is formed when the User confirms the trade request with the Trader.

Payments for the trade are processed via the Platform. The price agreed upon includes all fees, taxes, or other charges associated with the transaction. Tap Trade does not participate in or influence the settlement of trades between Traders and Users.

Tap Trade status

Tap Trade is a technology company that does not engage in trading activities or hold assets. All trading activities are conducted by independent Traders using our Platform. Users make independent decisions when selecting Traders and engaging in trades at their own risk. Tap Trade does not control or direct Traders in their trading activities.

These Terms do not supersede or affect any separate agreements Users may have with Traders regarding the trade.

Account registration

To access the functionalities of the Platform, you must create an account. To register, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and have the authority to enter into a contract with us. You must provide accurate and current information when creating your account.

Account maintenance

You are responsible for updating your account information promptly if it changes, and for ensuring that all information remains correct.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time, but you will still be responsible for any outstanding transactions or fees associated with your account.

Your security and the security of your trades are important to us. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the Platform is secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free from security breaches or issues.

Tap Trade cannot guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any trade offers. You should verify all trade details before confirming a transaction. By using the Platform, you agree that you are aware of the risks associated with trading and financial transactions.

By engaging in trading activities as a Trader, you represent and agree that:

• You possess the necessary licenses and qualifications to engage in trading activities, and you comply with relevant laws and regulations;
• You will use the Platform to trade assets that you have the legal right to buy and sell;
• You will not engage in illegal or unethical trading practices;
• You will not request additional payments outside the agreed-upon transaction price;
• You will comply with Tap Trade policies and requirements for transparency, reporting, and security;
• You will comply with anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and other legal requirements related to the trade.

Users and Traders must treat each other with respect and only communicate for the purpose of completing trades. All communication through the Platform is monitored to ensure compliance with these Terms.

Any attempt to solicit, harass, or abuse another user will result in account suspension or termination.

We may send you operational notifications related to your account or trades, updates about Tap Trade and the Platform, feedback requests, and marketing communications. You can opt-out of marketing communications but must agree to receive important operational messages.

You must not use the Platform to:

• Engage in illegal activities, fraud, or market manipulation;
• Transfer or sell your account, password, or identification to others;
• Impersonate another person or disguise your identity;
• Solicit others to engage in illegal or unethical trading activities;
• Upload or share content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Undermine the security or operations of the Platform, including unauthorized data extraction;
• Use the Platform to cause harm to Tap Trade, other users, or third parties.

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected breach of these Terms and suspend your access to the Platform while we review the situation. If we find that you are in material breach of the Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account.

Tap Trade owns all intellectual property rights associated with the Platform. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Platform’s content, including any designs, code, trademarks, or logos, without prior consent from Tap Trade.

Tap Trade does not accept liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Platform or trades conducted through the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with [Arbitration Rules], and the venue will be [Location].
